Our pricing model is intended to provide a fair deal for everyone involved. With labor rates increasing across the country, we have adjusted our rates to be competitive but still profitable for a growing business.

The two biggest factors that influence the final budget price for remodeling projects are the scope of work and product selections. Our recommendation is to put together a budget based on a rough estimate to see if both the contractor and client are in the same price range early on no matter who you decide to use. This step helps to respect everyone’s time mutually and lays out clear expectations for each party.
We specialize in custom work to capture your dream and vision for your project. Some people want to get the biggest bang for their buck so keeping the budget low is a high priority. Others want to pull out all the stops and customize with high priority on the best products that will stand the test of time.

Our pricing model is based on local market rates and uses a time and material calculation to adjust with the size of your projects.
